Richard ,I so identify with this painting , I have traveled across the Hudson many times to visit my grandparents so many years ago. Weehawken ,New Jersey haven't heard that name in a long time. Near the Lincoln tunnel too .I think it is an old Native American name meaning corn or trees or something.Your painting mkes the viewer believe somthing is going to happen with its wild windy landscape .fav
